About Us

Dr. Lima was born and raised between the sunny shores of San Diego and the serene landscapes of southern Idaho. A devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he served a two-year mission from 1987 to 1989, laying the foundation for a life of service and commitment. Dr. Lima earned his undergraduate degree from Utah Valley University in 1993 before pursuing his passion for healthcare, graduating with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic.

Since 1997, Dr. Lima has led Family Chiropractic and Massage as President and CEO, bringing decades of expertise to his practice. His dedication to lifelong learning shines through in his extensive postgraduate training, covering pediatrics, geriatrics, athletic injuries, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, and wellness care. A respected leader in his field, Dr. Lima has been a member of the Physicians Advisory Board (PAAB) for HNS since 2022.

Dr. Lima’s greatest pride lies in his family. Married to Amy Lima of Darlington, South Carolina, for 36 years, he is a father to five children and a grandfather to ten. When he’s not in the office, you can find him cherishing time with his loved ones, traveling with Amy, or unwinding on beach vacations by the water. A man of faith, he remains active in his church, while also cheering on his favorite teams—the Padres, Chargers, and BYU Cougars.

Guided by his favorite quote from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, “Never let the things that are most important be at the mercy of the things that are least important,” Dr. Lima lives a life rooted in purpose, family, and service.

Dr. Hayden, a proud graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic in Boiling Springs, South Carolina, embarked on his chiropractic journey in July 2023, joining Family Chiropractic and Massage as an associate. A Summerville, South Carolina native, he embodies the warmth and charm of the South, bringing that spirit to every patient he meets. Together with his wife, Savanna, Dr. Hayden is raising three children—a lively trio he affectionately calls “a wild and wonderful time.”

With a lifelong passion for physical activity, Dr. Hayden believes strongly in its power to enhance both physical and mental well-being. From his days as a long-distance runner at Summerville High School to playing football and strength training in his spare time, he’s always on the move. For Dr. Hayden, joy comes simple: “If I’m surrounded by good people, it doesn’t matter what we’re doing—it’ll always be a wonderful time.”

Inspired by his father, Dr. Brian Lima, Dr. Hayden’s love for chiropractic care runs deep. He’s witnessed firsthand the transformative benefits of a subluxation-free life and is driven to share that gift with his community and beyond.
