Dr. Brian P. Lima

DC, Owner

Dr. Lima is a graduate of Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic, located in Boiling Spring, South Carolina. After graduating in May of 1997, he opened Family Chiropractic and Massage of Charleston in October 1997 and, since then, has grown his practice to three (3) offices in the Charleston area.

Dr. Lima is a sports enthusiast and enjoys basketball, football, and baseball. Currently, he assists in coaching a private high school basketball team.

Dr. Lima and his wife, Amy, are parents to five (5) children and (five) 5 grandchildren with one on the way. He is active in his church, and his compassionate nature has given him multiple opportunities to be service-oriented in his community.

Dr. Forrest

Dr. Forrest studied pre-med in undergraduate school and is a 1986 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She has completed advanced studies in X-ray, spinal biomechanics, headache syndromes, Cox Technique for disc problems and has taken too many continuing education topics to name here. She completed the coursework and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and Certified in the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment.

She has worked with many Screen Actors Guild (SAG) holders, including celebrities and directors. Set workers such as gaffers, best boys, etc., have benefited from her help. Dr. Forrest has also worked on movie sets–one on Johns Island and one in Yemassee, South Carolina. She has assisted many Safety Officers, Police Officers, Sheriff’s Deputies, and Detectives of different cities/counties. She has Army One and Complete Concussion Management training for Traumatic Brain Injury and PTSD.

Dr. Forrest is the mother of two beautiful young women. She loves music, dancing, reading, walking, good conversations, going out for good food, and spending time with family and friends. She is active in her church and is grateful for “second families.”
